Hardik Pandya’s step brother Vaibhav Pandya has been arrested by the Mumbai Police on charges of defrauding Hardik Pandya’s brothers of Rs 4.3 crore. The 37-year-old has been accused of misappropriating Rs 4.3 crore from the Vaibhav Partnership firm, causing huge financial loss to Hardik and Krunal Pandya.

He will definitely be troubled by the multi-crore rupee fraud case. His step brother Vaibhav Pandya. A complaint was registered in Mumbai’s finance office on behalf of Hardik and Krunal, after which Vaibhav was arrested.

Three years ago three people started a polymer business with certain conditions. The cricketer brothers had to invest 40 percent of the capital. But Vaibhav had to contribute 20 percent. Had to manage daily operations. Profits were to be distributed according to these shares.

However, Vaibhav violated the partnership agreement by setting up another firm in the same business without informing his partners. As a result of this there has been a loss of more than 3 crores in business. It is alleged that Vaibhav increased its profit share from 20 per cent to 33.3 per cent without informing anyone, further affecting the financial interests of Hardik and Krunal Pandya.
