Even though Virat Kohli has scored a century, he has been criticized on social media for his slowest century in the IPL 2024 Against Rajastan Royals. There are rumors that Kohli could have played at an even better strike rate. Virender Sehwag, the former player of indian cricket team, answered this.
Jaipur: Rajasthan Royals (RR) registered a six-wicket win over Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Saturday. Virat Kohli scored an unbeaten 113 off 72 balls for RCB. Through this, RCB scored 183 runs for the loss of 3 wickets.
Even though Virat Kohli has scored a century, he has been criticized on social media for his slowest century in the IPL.Responding to a question about Virat Kohli’s innings, former Indian cricket team star batsman Virender Sehwag said, “I think RCB was 20 runs short. Talking about Virat Kohli, his innings was very good. However, the other batters of the team did not support him.
Virat Kohli is in form. It was important for him to remain wicketless till the end. Other batters who have paid so much money have to prove their mettle. But, no other batter in the team has failed to perform well’ he said.
